Nursing Team Leader 80–100% (50% leadership, 30–50% nursing)

Your tasks:
– Professional and personnel leadership of a nursing team
– Ensuring high nursing quality and compliance with standards
– Participation in direct nursing (approx. 30%, Mon–Fri) with our clients
– Planning and coordination of assignments and resources
– Co-design of processes and further development of the area

Your profile:
– Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
– Leadership experience or further training in leadership is an advantage
– High social competence and appreciative communication
– Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
– Spitex experience as a case-leading employee is an advantage
– Driving licence category B
