The SME is well established in the regional market and active in the areas of new construction, renovation, repairs, and landscaping work. The company employs a well-coordinated team of long-standing employees and is known among its customers for high service orientation, individual solutions, and professionally executed work. As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a Managing Director who is qualified both professionally and personally as a buyer and new owner.

Main tasks

• You will take over the entire company including the workforce, machinery, and customer relationships.
• You will act as the new operational Managing Director and continuously develop the company as well as the employees.
• Together with the well-coordinated team, you will ensure the quality of services.
• You will acquire contracts and further expand customer relationships.
• Together with the employees, you will continuously identify customer needs and position the services accordingly.
