Your team

Dive into the heart of the banking world during your 4 years of training at the Haute école de gestion (HEG).

You will have the opportunity to discover several banking operations departments through enriching rotations. By working closely with our teams, you will actively participate in the Bank's daily operations, while ensuring the efficiency and compliance of processes.

This unique programme will allow you to develop your skills and acquire an in-depth knowledge of private banking professions.

Your role

• Actively contribute to projects and tasks assigned by the heads of the various departments during your rotations.
• Adapt quickly to a demanding and dynamic professional environment, at the heart of private banking.
• Develop your technical and interpersonal skills by collaborating with experts in the banking sector.

Your profile

You wish to join the Haute Ecole de Gestion with a 60% employment contract to combine your studies with a rewarding professional experience.

With good academic results and demonstrating a genuine interest in the banking field, you are motivated to develop your skills and apply your knowledge in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Organised, rigorous, curious and persevering, you enjoy teamwork and communicate with ease. You have a perfect command of French, a good foundation in English, and knowledge of another language is an asset.
