Do you enjoy working independently, think constructively, and want to help shape demanding new construction projects from planning to execution readiness?

For our young team at ZweiFach Immo GmbH, we are looking for a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture (80–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. With us, you will work on residential construction projects ranging from single-family homes to larger developments and take responsibility for project and execution planning.

Your tasks

Project and execution planning

• Independent creation and processing of project, building permit, and execution plans
• Development of floor plans, sections, and facades
• Creation and maintenance of digital building models
• Ensuring precise dimensioning, annotation, and plan presentation

Constructive detail planning

• Independent development of construction and execution details
• Detailing of window, facade, roof, and floor connections
• Planning and graphic implementation of stairs, railings, balconies, and terraces
• Consideration of building physics, energy, and fire protection requirements
• Development of technically and economically sensible construction solutions

Specialist planning and coordination

• Coordination and integration of specialist planner documents from structural engineering, HVAC, and electrical fields
• Review of specialist planner plans for consistency with architectural planning and identification of potential planning conflicts
• Coordination of recesses, openings, and technical installations
• Ongoing incorporation of plan adjustments and project changes

Plan organisation and quality assurance

• Independent organisation and maintenance of plan documents
• Management of plan lists, revision statuses, and plan indices
• Checking the graphic and technical completeness of plan documents
• Preparation and provision of plan documents for specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
• Support of project management in technical and organisational project execution

Your profile

• Completed training as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture (Building Draftsperson)
• Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience, especially in execution and detail planning of new buildings
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction methods and structural building construction
• Confident use of common CAD software, preferably Archicad
• Good understanding of building constructions, materials, and technical contexts
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High quality awareness and a good eye for detail
• Ability to identify technical problems early and develop constructive solutions
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of varied new construction projects
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
