Logistics & Transport Clerk (m/f/d) 60 - 80 %

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a committed individual for the scheduling and organisation of our transports. From delivery to the timely distribution to our customers' distribution centres.

Your tasks

• Planning and scheduling of transports from our warehouse
• Deployment planning and coordination of drivers
• Organisation of deliveries to our customers' distribution centres
• Monitoring ongoing transports and finding short-term solutions
• Communication with drivers, customers and internal departments
• Processing delivery notes and transport documents
• General administrative tasks in logistics & transport
• Taking on at least 2 Saturday shifts per month

Your profile

• Experience in scheduling, transport/logistics or internal sales
• Experience in the food industry or agriculture is an advantage
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of a varied, dynamic environment
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of German
• Good PC user skills
• Willingness to work seasonal hours and at least 2 Saturday shifts per month
• Truck driving licence is an advantage
