Job Description
- Manage and develop the FM tool Speedikon
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance tasks
- Cost controlling for rental management
- Prepare rental contracts
- Handle internal and external calls in German, English and French
- Reception of visitors and business partners
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain the catering stations
- General administrative tasks such as distributing invoices, managing meeting rooms and monthly accounting of various cost centres
Qualifications
- Completed commercial basic training
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the commercial field
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office (Word and Excel) skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Precise and efficient working style
- Job sharing also possible (please specify desired workload)
