Tasks
As a class teacher, you are responsible for planning, designing, and conducting action-oriented lessons that take place both in the classroom and outdoors. You create and are responsible for the individual educational and support plans for the students and prepare subject-specific reports and assessments. You integrate rituals and structures into your lessons, thus providing your students with security and orientation. Working as a reference person and conducting school status discussions are also part of your duties. You regularly exchange and collaborate with the school management, colleagues, parents, and specialist agencies and participate in meetings and events.
Requirements
You have a diploma as a special education teacher, certified teacher, or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you have experience teaching at a special primary school. You are enthusiastic, work independently, and enjoy seeking creative and unconventional solutions. It is important to you to regularly reflect and ensure the best possible support, including adapting teaching methods. You are accustomed to interdisciplinary and self-responsible work, willingly face challenging situations, and enjoy working with children.
