About the job
:: We are looking for a structured office employee (40–100%) ::
- Telephone and email contact with patients, doctors and insurance companies
- Appointment scheduling and coordination across multiple locations
- Management and maintenance of patient data in the system
- Organisation and ensuring a smooth practice workflow
- Support of the locations in daily operations
With increasing experience and responsibility
- Independent organisation of processes and priorities in daily business
- Contributing ideas in planning, utilisation and cross-location coordination
- Preparation and compilation of reports, documents and correspondence
- Professional handling of insurance matters (including enquiries, cost negotiators, complaints)
- Participation in and independent implementation of projects and internal processes
