About the job

• Support for Key Account Management as well as the team in administrative and organizational tasks
• Handling customer inquiries by phone and email as well as responsibility for the entire quotation and order process – from entry to delivery
• Opening new customers and maintaining master data in the CRM to ensure data is always up-to-date and reliable
• Coordination of delivery dates, availability, returns, and credit notes with internal interfaces such as logistics, purchasing, and customer service
• Ensuring professional, solution-oriented customer care – both in writing and by phone
• Managing central mailboxes and taking on general administrative tasks in sales support
• Creating sales documents, reports, and evaluations for the sales team
• Participating in projects and supporting trade fair appearances
• Close cooperation with various departments and contributing to smooth operations

• Completed commercial basic training; further education in sales or business administration is a plus but not a must
• Experience in internal sales or direct customer contact, ideally in a B2B environment
• Very good German spoken and written; English and/or French skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel inquiries
• Enjoyment of customer contact combined with a strong service orientation
• Team-oriented, resilient personality with good self-organization
• Keeping a cool head even in hectic situations – with a touch of humor
