Social Pedagogue as Housing Specialist 80%

These are your tasks:

Supplementing the team of WG E with a total of 6 children and adolescents
Accompaniment in an individual setting, if necessary 1:1
Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
Empathetic support of children and adolescents with sensory impairments in the autism spectrum
Close coordination with the team for a common educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges

What you bring with you:

Degree as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH
Professional experience in supporting people on the autism spectrum
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
Observational skills and joy in accompanying children and adolescents
