We are recruiting a 100% intern for a duration of 6 months starting spring 2026. Compensation complies with the CCNT, meals are provided, and there is no accommodation available.
GOURMET BROTHERS IS MADE FOR YOU:
You are a Bachelor student at a Swiss hotel school (EHL, Glion, Les Roches, HES, etc.) or in an equivalent culinary training

YOUR MISSIONS:
Participate in the setup and daily production
Learn to plate, cook, and season according to group standards
Collaborate with the brigade during lunch and dinner services
Keep your station clean and applied according to HACCP standards
PROFILE SOUGHT:
Student in hotel school, culinary course, or catering training
Good communicator, rigorous, and passionate
Fluent in French (English is a plus)
First experience in catering is welcome
INTERNSHIP LOCATIONS
Pavillon Barton in Geneva: a modern and sunny Basque kitchen, between elegance and authenticity.
Gourmet Brothers Traiteur in Vésenaz: the group’s creative laboratory, at the heart of high-end events.
Casa Lulia in Nyon: a colorful and generous Italian table.
Auberge Port Gitana in Bellevue: a chic lakeside brasserie, between lake and mountains.
Each intern is assigned to a single establishment for the entire duration of the internship to ensure a complete and coherent immersion.
OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
An initial exchange with Florie, our People & Culture Manager, to get to know each other
An interview via video or in the city (whichever suits you) with the Head Chef to understand your expectations and skills.
Assignment of the internship location according to your profile
We adapt as much as possible to your availability to organize our exchanges.
