We are looking for a
Specialist Resident Services 40%
Your area of responsibility
- Advising and supporting customers at the counter and by telephone in the areas of resident control, AHV branch office and funeral office
- Maintaining and ensuring an error-free resident register by independently handling all mutations and business cases in registration matters
- Processing residence applications of foreign nationals including handling permit entries
- Issuing documents and certificates
- Processing ID applications
- Conducting bereavement interviews and organising funerals
What we expect
- Completed commercial training in public administration, with professional experience in resident services
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages, especially English, are an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally Infoma Newsystem (NSP)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of lively customer contact
- Working days are Wednesday and Friday
