What distinguishes you
- Completed SBFI-recognised training in career, study and vocational guidance is a must
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Many years of experience in career, study and vocational guidance
- Strong quality and service orientation (willingness for evening shifts)
- Proven professional experience with a strong affinity for education and labour market topics
- High social competence, empathy, initiative, resilience, motivational ability, cooperative and solution-oriented attitude, as well as enjoyment of leadership topics
