Contribute

• Accompany, support and qualify FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Care students in the diverse environment of the emergency centre
• Plan, design and evaluate competence-oriented learning processes including location discussions, competence assessments and practical final examinations
• Support and advise the nursing team in accompanying apprentices and students as well as ensuring high-quality training
• Active participation in shared leadership as well as co-designing projects and the further development of the emergency centre
• Work in clinical emergency care as a Certified Expert in Emergency Care NDS HF

Bring along

• Diploma as Certified Expert in Emergency Care NDS HF or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland, as well as professional experience in emergency care
• SVEB Certificate Trainer Level 1 or willingness to obtain it
• Knowledge of the Swiss education system in healthcare
• Enjoyment in accompanying and developing FaGe apprentices and NDS Emergency Care students as well as strong communication skills and empathy
• Independent and structured working style, enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration, as well as motivation to take responsibility and actively help shape the emergency centre
