You want to take on more responsibility in fiduciary services – with a clear perspective towards partnership? For our client, an established and growing fiduciary company with several locations in Zurich, Zug, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Bern and Basel, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as Mandate Manager Fiduciary. In this position, you take responsibility for your own mandate portfolio and have the opportunity to develop professionally and strategically – up to the partner role.

Your main tasks

• Independent management and further development of an existing mandate portfolio (SME clients)
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for legal entities and individuals
• Advising clients in the areas of accounting, taxes and business management issues
• Leading and coaching clerks as well as supporting with technical questions
• Active participation in the further development of internal processes and services
• Expansion and maintenance of long-term client relationships

Your profile

• Several years of experience in fiduciary services, ideally as mandate manager or senior
• Further training in fiduciary services (e.g. professional certificate / fiduciary expert) or currently in training
• Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as advisory activities
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in taking on more responsibility in the long term
• Very good German and English skills
