Responsibilities:
You evaluate demand reports in the ERP and derive orders from them.
You check order confirmations and track open delivery items until completion.
You handle scheduling problems and shortages directly with the respective suppliers.
Together with internal departments, you coordinate solutions in case of supply bottlenecks.
For ongoing procurement processes, you compare offers and conditions.
You promptly clarify invoice discrepancies as well as deviations in quantities and prices.
You coordinate complaints and returns with suppliers and quality control.
You keep ERP data, supplier information and procurement specifications up to date.
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training, preferably related to industry.
Several years of experience in operational procurement, scheduling or material planning.
Knowledge of common ERP processes and routine use of Microsoft 365.
Technical understanding as well as interest in industrial products and processes.
A subject-related further education in purchasing or supply chain management is welcome.
You work reliably and organised even with several open tasks.
You communicate firmly and can assert yourself with suppliers.
You have a very good command of German and can use English in professional communication.
