To complement the HR Payroll & Social Security team in Bern, we are looking for a reliable and flexible personality to start immediately or by arrangement.
Payroll & Social Security Specialist m/f/d
These tasks will inspire you
- You ensure, together with the team, the timely monthly payroll runs including posting runs
- You actively assist in the preparation of settlements with social security institutions and withholding taxes
- You support the three HR Operations teams in daily business as well as with application questions regarding payroll & social security
- During restructurings, smaller or larger reorganisations, you maintain the organisational structure for around 50 subsidiaries of the fenaco cooperative
- Participation in defining and complying with controls (ICS) for around 11,000 employees as well as ongoing optimisation of data quality, processes and fundamentals
- Involvement in projects within the specialist area
We look forward to this profile
- Several years of experience as a payroll / HR specialist with sound expertise in Swiss social security law and payroll, preferably in a large company
- Very good SAP HCM knowledge
- Confident handling of MS Office and UKA Solutions as well as willingness to learn and apply new IT tools (ATOSS)
- Further training in payroll and/or social security desired
- High customer and service orientation
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
