Residential Area Manager 80-100%

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of our staff and ensure the care processes of the departments
You lead by example every day and motivate your team to achieve peak performance
Based on the care concept, you support the coordination and organization of daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team
You support the nursing management in various organizational, administrative, and strategic matters
You actively participate in care and take on assigned shifts (including weekends)
You assist in the training and education of apprentices and interns

What You Bring

A qualification as a registered nurse is mandatory
You have already gained leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
You have experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
You think economically and have proven RAI-HC knowledge
You possess RAI-LTCF knowledge as an MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor
You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
You have good PC user skills
You understand Swiss German and speak German at least at C1 level
Desirable: Further education and professional experience in vocational training
