System Engineer Cloud & IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the leading energy service company in Switzerland for end consumers in the field of permanent energy management (energy procurement, energy data management and billing). It is independent of suppliers, producers and distribution network operators.
Role:
A technically interested individual is sought to support a versatile IT environment with local systems and cloud technologies. You ensure the stable operation of the infrastructure, assist with security issues and actively contribute to the implementation of IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Support and optimisation of server, network and cloud infrastructures based on Microsoft Azure
Administration of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and backup systems
Support in the implementation and improvement of IT security measures
Handling complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Planning and implementation of IT projects as well as continuous optimisation of systems
Technical coordination with team members and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist; further education at FA, HF or FH level is an advantage
Experience in system engineering or a similar IT function; motivated career starters with a suitable foundation are also welcome
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking and IT security
Knowledge of IT project management is a plus
Analytical, interconnected and solution-oriented thinking
Good German skills and a team-oriented working style
