Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of a recycling employee
• Optional support of apprentice recyclers
• Ensuring smooth work processes at the recycling centre and their optimisation
• Organisation of resources and control of technical operations in the business
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations
• Control and responsibility for the correct goods receipt control process, goods acceptance and allocation during material loading
• Preparation of inventory and stock lists
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
• Compliance with, implementation and monitoring of management's target objectives
• Assistance in daily operations: - Operation of mobile and stationary machines (cable granulating plant, alligator shear and cable slitting machine) - Dismantling and sorting of non-ferrous metals according to their purity - Loading and unloading of vehicles with the forklift and the handling excavator

Your Profile

• Completed training in the recycling sector
• Trainer qualification an advantage
• Innovative personality with strong IT affinity
• Good physical resilience, team spirit and high reliability
• Experience in staff management an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Driving licence category B
• Forklift licence
