Your tasks:
- Accompany and support job-seeking professionals with different professional and personal backgrounds in the context of this labour market measure (AMM) in their job search through individual coaching as well as in a differentiated group context
- Identify individual needs through coaching conversations and define individualised strategies and support their implementation
- Provide concrete support in further developing the application strategy, application documents and personal presentation
- Ensure optimal communication including documentation with RAV personnel consultants
- Regular participation in case discussions, debriefings and internal training
Your profile:
- Solid theoretical and practical professional experience in adult education (at least SVEB 1 is a must)
- Completed vocational training or tertiary education
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a qualified professional environment (HR / recruitment / AMM)
- Training and experience as a coach
- Broad labour market knowledge, current application know-how, good ICT skills and general knowledge
- Able to take on various roles depending on context - from adult educator, process facilitator, trainer, expert to moderator and supervisor - and thus stimulate and make visible the individual learning progress of course participants
