For our client in the Aesch BL area, we are immediately seeking a motivated individual as a Technical Administration Employee (100%, m/f, Permanent Position)
Job DescriptionAre you interested in the combination of administration, technology and the pharmaceutical environment? Then an exciting role awaits you with diverse points of contact with internal specialist departments, external partners and authorities.
- You will take on a variety of administrative tasks in the technical and scientific environment and ensure structured and reliable filing and processing of information.
- You create and edit tables, maintain databases, complete forms and compile the documentation required for various processes.
- You assist in the preparation of technical reports, meeting minutes and presentation materials and coordinate their content with the responsible division management.
- You keep track of relevant deadlines and dates related to official submissions and support their coordination.
- As a communicative interface, you maintain contact with internal specialist departments, authorities and external cooperation partners.
- Depending on the contact person, you communicate in German, English or French.
For this position, we are looking for a person who enjoys working in a structured way and quickly finds their way in a technically demanding environment.
Ideally, you have:
- a commercial basic education with a strong interest in scientific topics or training as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or a degree with corresponding experience
- good digital user skills and confident handling of Microsoft Office
- very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are welcome
- interest in herbal and anthroposophic medicines
- a reliable and independent working style as well as enjoyment in taking responsibility for your own tasks
- strong organisational talent and a good sense of priorities
- a communicative, team-oriented and solution-focused personality who keeps an overview even in busy situations
