In this versatile role, you will be responsible within the team for the implementation of our projects and assistance in personnel administration.

Your main tasks include:

• Creating and recording construction contracts (Messerli Construction Administration)
• Checking construction invoices and entering them into construction accounting
• Compiling and sending out tenders with deadline monitoring
• Recording and checking received offers
• Supporting project and construction managers with minutes and correspondence etc.
• Assisting and supporting payroll and personnel administration
• Administrative collaboration and coordination within the office community

You bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, ideally with a federal specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Solid IT skills, including in construction-specific programmes (Messerli or others)
• Very good knowledge of German
• Structured, independent and analytical way of working
• Sense of responsibility, discretion and initiative
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as resilience and flexibility
• Interest in a long-term position
