8965 Berikon www.kreisschule.ch The Kreisschule Mutschellen (KSM) is supported by the four municipalities of Berikon, Oberwil-Lieli, Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg, and Widen. Around 600 young people attend the three school types: district school, secondary school, and intermediate school. Together with around 77 committed teachers and specialists, we accompany them on their path to a professional or academic future. Our school is in a phase of further development - both organizationally and content-wise. To complement our school management team, we are looking for a personality as of September 1, 2025, or by arrangement, who will responsibly manage the central services with clear vision, leadership strength, and organizational talent. Co-Principal "Services" 60 - 80 % Your task:
As Co-Principal "Services," you lead the organizational, administrative, and infrastructural areas of the school. You ensure that the school operation functions professionally, efficiently, and future-oriented. Together with the co-management team and the board, you actively shape the further development of KSM. Your area of responsibility:
- Operational management of the school in close cooperation with the co-leadership team
- Personnel and professional management of the school administration and facility services
- Infrastructure, maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Annual, workload, and timetable planning as well as finances
- Internal and external communication
- Degree at university or university of applied sciences level
- Ideally complemented by further training in business administration, school or educational management
- Several years of leadership and professional experience - preferably in a dynamic or education-related
- Know-how in school administration, project and process management, infrastructure, or finances
- Strong communication skills and conflict competence
- Ability to bring together different interests, build trust, and
- A versatile leadership role with scope for design
