Do you value personal responsibility, development, and close collaboration with management, IT, and customers?
Then we definitely need to get to know each other!
This is what your job will be like:

- You coordinate and monitor security measures, risk treatments, and compliance requirements and ensure their implementation.
- You conduct and follow up on risk analyses, protection requirements assessments, business impact analyses, and security assessments.
- You support internal, external, and customer audits, coordinate the handling of findings, and accompany certification and compliance projects.
- The maintenance and further development of security policies, standards, processes, and security specifications are your responsibility.
- You coordinate vulnerability management, track open measures, and support departments in their implementation.

- You support projects and changes on security-relevant issues and ensure that security requirements are considered early on.
- You advise internal and external stakeholders on security, risk, and compliance matters.
- You prepare regular KPI, risk, and security reports as a basis for decision-making for the CISO and management.

- You monitor current threats, regulatory developments, and security trends and bring new insights into the organisation.
Your focus: Security Governance, ISMS, risk management, compliance, and the operational anchoring of information security in the company. The CISO defines the strategic direction; you ensure it is effectively implemented in everyday life.

- You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally to departments, customers, auditors, and management.
- Initiative, assertiveness, and team spirit are among your strengths.
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
