About the job
Design, implementation and monitoring of digital control systems (MCR AdB) for the management and supervision of technical installations in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Tuning of control loops, optimisation of energy management, implementation of safety and redundancy functions, handling of technical alarms, lighting management. Management of sites such as: administrative buildings, shopping centres, manor houses. Proficiency in German (or better, Swiss German) is a real plus.
Planning, realisation and supervision of digital control systems (MSR) for the control and monitoring of technical installations in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Development of control loops, optimisation of energy management, implementation of safety and redundancy functions, processing of technical alarms, lighting management. Support of sites such as: administrative buildings, shopping centres, manor houses. German language skills required.

- Analyse and understand requirements
- Study and define a control solution,
participate in its costing - Design electrical diagrams
for the control of technical installations - Manage suppliers and subcontractors (electrical panels)
- Design and implement control functions
on digital systems by graphical programming - Supervise technicians/commissioning engineers during commissioning phases
- Design interactive supervision screens
- Digital commissioning
- Integrate the tuning of third-party systems via communication buses such as BACnet, ModBus, M-Bus, individual IRC controllers
- Remotely supervise and optimise control loops
and dynamic behaviours of your installations. - Assist/supervise technicians as needed
- Participate in rotation in our "responsible team" on-call service
(handling emergencies, no field interventions)
You are rigorous, autonomous, creative, with a spirit of mutual support and constant self-improvement, and willing to integrate into a dynamic team. You have experience tuning control loops (P, PI, PID) and electrical diagrams, and you are fully familiar with the operation of the main measurement and control devices used in the HVAC world (heating, ventilation, air conditioning).
