Assistant in Inheritance Advisory

Your Responsibilities:

• Administrative and organisational support for the inheritance advisors
• Coordination and preparation of documents related to inheritances, estates and mandates
• First point of contact for internal bank enquiries as well as selected customer requests
• Creation and preparation of presentations for client appointments and internal meetings
• Responsibility for our mandate software: data maintenance, quality assurance and further development in daily use

What will help you succeed:

• Commercial basic training or maturity certificate with experience in the legal field (e.g. law firm, court, law studies) or in the banking sector
• Interest in topics such as inheritance, estate, wealth transfer
• Very good IT skills and enthusiasm for digital tools
• Team-oriented, reliable personality with a strong service orientation
• Engaging, professional demeanour and the ability to contribute critically, reflectively and constructively
• High degree of independence as well as a structured, very precise and solution-oriented working style
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
