The IV Office Solothurn is a service provider within the Swiss social insurance network with around 125 employees. We support people with health impairments in the canton of Solothurn through individual insurance benefits.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Specialist in Vocational Integration Services.

 
Your tasks

• You will take on a variety of administrative tasks and thereby support the specialists in the area of Vocational Integration (e.g. recording accident reports, processing file inspection requests).
• You will prepare legally compliant decisions for Vocational Integration on behalf of the specialists in integration and training counselling.
• You are responsible for checking eligibility requirements as well as calculating IV daily allowances.
• You will answer general enquiries in Vocational Integration and advise insured persons on various matters.
• You are responsible for obtaining relevant information/documents (medical reports, employer documents, insurance documents, etc.) as well as sorting and processing incoming correspondence.

Your education

• 3-year commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Good IT user skills.
• Ideally, professional experience in social insurance, health insurance, or private insurance.
