For the studio group A located in Rathausen, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue or Work Pedagogue 60-80% from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

What you bring

• Training as a social pedagogue, work pedagogue or equivalent qualification
• Experience in accompanying and caring for people with multiple disabilities as well as in the studio area
• Creative and resilient personality with a pinch of humour
• Good administrative skills and PC knowledge

What to expect

• Taking responsibility for the people entrusted to you and implementing the services in everyday work
• Professional support and guidance of clients in craft and design work

Versatile work in case management

• Work in an interdisciplinary team and contact with internal and external customers
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
• Offering specific courses for further development

For over 50 years, SSBL – Foundation for Self-Determined and Supported Living – has been accompanying and caring for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. Over 850 employees are committed daily with dedication and high professionalism to enable these people to lead as self-determined a life as possible. In the work area, 380 clients are supported in the work and employment offer in the studios Experience, Domestic Work, Industrial Work, Creative, Animal and Nature.
