Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training as well as a specialist further education in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR assistant or personnel clerk)
• Initial experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in healthcare
• Cheerful, reliable, and careful personality with a strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent working style
• Open and positive manner that contributes to a respectful and collegial team environment

Your work area

The threads for the monthly payroll processing also come together with us. We ensure the correct calculation of wages and wage components such as inconveniences and coordinate insurance benefits (KTG, UTG, EO, AHV, etc.).

In doing so, we operate daily in a versatile system landscape (e.g., SAP, Polypoint PEP, Office - especially Excel, UKG) and also support our employees with application questions.
