Ward Secretary in Delivery Room and Mother-Child Unit 50%

• You coordinate the delivery room, daily ward routine, and are responsible for maintaining the daily structures in collaboration with the midwives and nursing staff
• You coordinate the midwife consultations and undertake various administrative tasks
• You are responsible for all ward orders and support the nursing and midwives with daily tasks such as blood sampling
• You organise the admissions and discharges of patients

• You have completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant, health specialist, or a comparable qualification
• You are an independent individual with a strong service orientation
• You are a team player, resilient, flexible, and communicative
• Your organisational talent and sense of responsibility distinguish you
