Our client is a valuable link in the Lucerne state organisation, developed over a long period, and undertakes various tasks. These include the care and use of the forest, leasing and maintenance of agricultural properties, rental and management of apartments, management of land reserves in residential and industrial zones, as well as the management of municipal assets in the interest of the citizens.

Your tasks

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Responsibility for tenancy agreements and utility billing
• Personal support of tenants
• Maintaining contact with property owners and the administrative board
• Coordinating maintenance and craftsmen
• Participating in renovation and new construction projects

Your profile

• Federal Certificate in Property Management or many years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Experience in managing small to medium portfolios
• Ideally experience with public-law or institutional ownerships
• Good IT skills and experience with AbaImmo an advantage
• High commitment and efficient working style as well as assertiveness and reliability
• Independent and responsible working style and enjoyment in contact with people, authorities and businesses
• German: confident (C2)
