Head of Internal Sales (m/f/d) 100%

In this key position, you will take responsibility for internal sales, customer service including the repair workshop, and shipping. Together with your team of six employees, you will ensure efficient processes and first-class customer service.

What you bring

• Commercial/technical basic training with business management further education
• Proven professional experience in internal sales with national and international customers
• Organisational skills, natural authority, and role model function
• Cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
• Very good German, French, and English skills; any additional language is an advantage

Your tasks

• Leading employees of internal sales, factory shop, and shipping (6 persons)
• Order coordination and processing as well as export administration
• Support of national and international customers
• Support of field sales staff and the sales manager
• Processing marketing tasks (sales documents, pricing, etc.)
• Achieving business management targets
