How you enthusiastically
- Side by side with our experts, you are responsible for the uniform file management (from opening to closing and archiving) of advisory mandates
- You obtain information from AHV, pension funds, tax authorities or insurance companies and manage the mandate accounting (time tracking / invoicing / monitoring of incoming payments)
- You document the measures from implemented financial plans and other advisory services in the CRM
- For our tax, estate, and business succession experts, you are an important contact person for administrative matters and act as the "good soul" of the team
What you bring
- You have a commercial apprenticeship in banking
- You are interested in the areas of pension provision, financial planning, estate or taxes and have ideally already built up a deep understanding of these topics through your professional experience in recent years
- Your mother tongue is German and you ideally also have French skills, enjoy working independently in a small team, and take pleasure in telephone contact with internal and external customers, financial coaches, and authorities
- You are an open, proactive, helpful, solution-oriented personality and a true team player and also enjoy organising small events
- Your high service mentality and quick comprehension distinguish you, and you value precise working methods
