About the job
You play a central role within the administration. You coordinate administrative activities across various sites in French-speaking Switzerland, ensure the smooth running of daily operations, and work closely with site and operations managers. Your workplace will depend on your home and will be located either at our Köniz (Thörishaus) site or at Givisiez (from 2027: Gibloux). For this varied role, you have excellent knowledge of German and French, a strong affinity for IT tools, an initiative spirit, a pragmatic ("hands-on") approach, and a great capacity for learning.
- Support for administrative activities in the Western region
- Management of invoicing (incoming, outgoing and transport)
- Independent correspondence by email and telephone
- Compliance with current safety and environmental regulations
- Participation in continuous improvement through error analysis and proposal of optimisation measures
- Taking on decision-making and coordination responsibilities
- Support for general administrative tasks

- Participation in organising internal training and company events
- Contract management
- Contribution to updating and monitoring the management system
- Preparation and monitoring of specific customer accounts
- Commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent) with several years of experience in administration, ideally in the recycling sector
- Excellent knowledge of German and French
- Good command of IT tools (MS Office and ERP)
- Organisational skills and great capacity for assimilation
- Methodical working style and accuracy, with a good sense of numbers
- Welcoming personality, customer-oriented, stress-resistant and excellent communication skills
