Customer Advisor: Advisory Team with Own Portfolio (m/f/d)
Your job at a glance
What you achieve with us
- Basic advice on topics such as account opening, account management, investment transactions, pension products, and cards
- Planning and conducting customer meetings (including liquidity planning, investments, pensions, and possibly financing)
- Expansion of your own customer portfolio with existing customers
- Support and advice for our spontaneous customers as well as triage to specialist advisors
- Initiating contact with existing and new customers on your own initiative
- Working in the customer hall (reception, management of self-service devices, and during promotions)
- Supervision and training of apprentices at the workplace
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship, have current practical experience in advising private customers, and possess very good knowledge of basic services.
- You work very reliably and independently.
- You are friendly, open, positive, and service-oriented.
- You enjoy actively approaching people and feel comfortable in direct customer contact.
- You like taking responsibility and look forward to managing your own customer portfolio.
- Your connection to the market area is an additional plus.
