To complement our team in Rothenburg (LU), we are looking for a motivated and qualified individual as Customer Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars. Do you have industry experience in repairing commercial vehicles and passenger cars and are seeking a new challenge? As a Customer Service Advisor Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars, you will help expand and further develop our services in the service sector. Your Tasks

• Responsibility for coordinating and carrying out repairs and maintenance on commercial vehicles and passenger cars
  
• Performing order entries, order processing and repair cost calculations
  
• Scheduling repairs for customer vehicles (bodywork, paint shop & locksmithing)
  
• Receiving and delivering customer vehicles
  
• Ensuring smooth customer service operations and an excellent customer experience
  
• Supporting the operations manager in managing and organising the business
  
• Maintaining relationships with insurance, financing and garage partners (15 active partnerships)
  
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines
  
• Assisting in leading, motivating and developing employees
  

Our Requirements

• Apprenticeship qualification as a vehicle body mechanic EFZ, vehicle painter EFZ or vehicle locksmith EFZ
• Industry-specific further training is an advantage
• Professional experience in customer service or vehicle repairs
• Experience in preparing calculations with SilverDat is an advantage
• Organisational talent with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Resilience and flexibility for a dynamic working environment
• Team spirit and ability to work effectively with various departments
• Independence and efficient working style
