The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the emergency service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. Your area of responsibility
- Care of patients across the entire psychiatric spectrum in the outpatient area (weekdays)
- Taking on, as part of the internal treatment team, counselling on psychosocial, labour and social insurance law issues
- Supporting patients and their relatives in difficult life situations
- Providing tailored social services according to the situation of the patients
- Maintaining a well-functioning collaboration with other professional groups in the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG as well as external network partners
Your skills
- University degree in Social Work
- Confident in counselling on labour and social insurance law questions
- Ideally experience in statutory social work or psychosocial counselling
- Reliable, careful and independent working style
- Patient-, team- and network-oriented mindset
- Open, appreciative and respectful manner
