ICT System Administrator / (Junior) Engineer (m/f/d)

Publicare AG, based in Oberrohrdorf, is the Swiss market leader for consulting and supplying medical aids. For over 30 years, we have supported our customers from supply to handling with insurance companies. Our IT is the backbone of our company - and to keep it that way, we are looking for you!

As the fourth member of our ICT team, you keep our systems running as a generalist - from network and servers to telephony, clients, and multimedia.

You are the first point of contact for IT questions and solve technical problems - from 1st to 3rd level support (approx. 60%).

You maintain and operate the entire ICT environment, including network, servers, telephony, clients, peripherals, and meeting rooms.

You assist with the administration and support of our modern infrastructure.

You document pragmatically and understandably.

You apply your analytical skills in case of disruptions.

You work on exciting ICT projects and partially implement them yourself.

You contribute your ideas on budget, cost, and development topics.

You work closely with our international corporate IT and external partners.

Mandatory completed training as an IT specialist EFZ.

Broad expertise as a generalist or willingness to acquire versatile know-how.

Professional experience in the following areas is an advantage:

• Microsoft Client/Server, Active Directory
• Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Conditional Access)
• Network and security (Firewall/VPN)
• Backup and archiving solutions (e.g., Veeam)
• MS Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Document management systems (e.g., DocuWare)
• VMware/vSAN
• Mobile Device Management (Intune)

High affinity for IT security.

Structured and independent working style with the ability to prioritize tasks and implement them efficiently.

Quick comprehension combined with precise working methods.

Very good German and good English skills.

Flexible availability for maintenance or emergencies outside regular office hours (no on-call duty).

Team spirit, empathy, and enthusiasm for supporting employees.

Enjoyment in imparting knowledge and creating "How-To" content.
