Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support in the planning and realisation of large HVAC projects
• Independent planning and realisation of small projects and repairs
• Organisation and implementation of maintenance measures and fault rectifications
• Designs, processing of P&ID diagrams, procurement of technical equipment and installation services, commissioning and handover to operations
• Compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations and internal work instructions as well as standard specifications (HVAC)
• Adherence to and enforcement of quality requirements considering safety, cost-effectiveness, and availability

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Building Services Planner EFZ specialising in HVAC or equivalent
• Experience in planning and executing HVAC projects in an industrial environment
• Independent, solution-oriented personality with a strong awareness of quality and costs
• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written) as well as good assertiveness
• Enjoyment of varied tasks across different interfaces
