To strengthen our Technical Purchasing team, we are immediately seeking a

Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

Your responsibilities

• Operational purchasing including invoice verification p2p
• Negotiating technical requirements including consumables
• Checking order confirmations, tracking deadlines, and dunning
• Master data management, data filing, and creation of evaluations
• Half-yearly / yearly closing tasks in cooperation with the Finance department
• Value-oriented collaboration with specialist departments and suppliers
• Successful completion of measures to achieve purchasing goals
• Participation in the further development of purchasing

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, preferably with further education in purchasing or invoice verification
• Technical and also legal understanding is an advantage
• Enjoyment of administrative work with the necessary attention to detail
• Independent working style
• Strong communication skills and persistence in achieving goals
• Fluent in German and good English skills (written/spoken)
• Solid ERP and MS Office knowledge
