We are looking for a reliable and committed individual preferably with experience in the notarial and/or legal sector, who is discreet, customer-oriented, and responsible, enjoys working precisely, structured, flexibly, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment, and brings team spirit as well as resilience.

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of notarial and legal matters in the areas of inheritance law, property law, contract law, as well as company and corporate law

• Preparation and processing of deeds and contracts

• Support and advice to our clients in administrative and organisational matters

• Correspondence and communication with authorities, offices, and other parties

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks

• Working on site in Münsingen

Your profile:

• Preferably experience in the notarial and/or legal sector

• Willingness and motivation to familiarise yourself with the specific activities of the notary office, continue your education in this field, and wish to pursue this exciting role as a long-term career

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage

• Precise and structured way of working

• High customer and service orientation

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally industry-specific programmes
