About the job
To strengthen our secretarial team at the Wetzikon location, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual immediately or by arrangement. The position is limited until 31 July 2027. Your working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
In this versatile hub role, you are an important point of contact for our apprentices, students, teachers and school management. You support the administrative organisation of the school day, coordinate various concerns and, together with the secretarial team, ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. - You take on diverse administrative and organisational tasks, especially in the area of technical, architectural and life sciences vocational baccalaureate.
- At the counter and on the phone, you are an important first point of contact for apprentices, students, teachers and school management.
- You record, maintain and manage school-related data and ensure its accuracy and quality.
- You assist in creating exam schedules and ensure a smooth administrative process around the final exams.
- You contribute to the preparation and dispatch of certificates.
- You support the organisation and execution of meetings and school events.
- Together with the secretarial team, you ensure a professional, reliable and service-oriented secretarial operation at the Wetzikon location.
- You have a commercial basic education, a comparable qualification or a degree from a university or university of applied sciences.
- You enjoy a varied role with lots of contact with different stakeholders.
- You have a quick grasp and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner.
- You impress with your friendly, helpful and service-oriented manner.
- You are confident with digital tools and open to new IT applications.
- You communicate fluently and skilfully – both orally and in writing.
