Your mission

As a ServicePoint Executive, you are responsible for the development and management of our network of ServicePoints and Retail partners in Switzerland. You ensure compliance with DHL standards and actively contribute to optimising the commercial performance of our partners.  

Your main responsibilities:

· Manage and develop the Retail partner network

· Analyse turnover, costs and profitability, then implement necessary corrective measures

· Prospect and recruit new Retail partners according to the defined strategyCreate and improve reports and analyses for national and international stakeholders

· Regularly visit partners to identify new business opportunities

· Plan and deploy promotional activities at points of sale

· Coordinate and monitor the training of external partners with internal teams

· Contribute to market and competitor analyses

· Advise customers and partners by phone and handle their information requests

Your profile

· Commercial experience, ideally in express transport, logistics or services

· Strong skills in negotiation, business development and network management

· Analytical mind and structured approach

· Autonomy and excellent sense of priorities

· Strong customer orientation and service mindset

· Native French speaker with very good English; German is an asset

· Availability for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland (about 80%) and a monthly visit to our headquarters in Regensdorf
