Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect - Microsoft 365 & Open Source (22178)

Task

For one of our clients from the federal administration environment, we are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect for a long-term programme in the field of office automation and digital workplace.
You will work together with a Senior Workplace Engineer and primarily take on the technical management and coordination.
Your tasks:

• Technical planning and coordination of complex ICT projects
• Planning and moderation of technical workshops
• Coordination between architecture, engineering, security and operations
• Assessment of technical architectures and dependencies
• Development and evaluation of technical solution variants
• Preparation of technical decision-making bases
• Management of technical risks and results
• Collaboration on HERMES results, especially studies, test, migration and implementation concepts

If you have your own limited company or corporation in Switzerland, billing can be done through it. Otherwise, employment is via the payroll of IQ PLUS. The workload is around 80%.Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management of complex ICT projects in the field of digital workplace, office automation or comparable enterprise environments
• Experience in the technical coordination of various specialist areas
• Experience in leading and moderating technical workshops
• Good understanding of Microsoft/workplace architectures
• Experience in assessing technical architectures, dependencies and solution variants
• Practical HERMES experience and collaboration on corresponding project results
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as Linux/Open Source is an advantage
• HERMES certification is an advantage
• German C2 and French B2
• Willingness to undergo extended personnel security checks
