Team Leader Bulk Parts Warehouse 

Responsibilities

• Personnel management, planning and development
• Ensuring and optimising daily operations according to order times
• Ensuring quality and performance targets
• Supporting the warehouse manager in developing the department
• Professional picking and packing of customer orders as well as the associated administrative tasks
• Training apprentices
  

Requirements

• Completed further education as a federally certified logistics specialist FA or equivalent further education. Training as a logistics specialist EFZ is an advantage.
• Leadership experience
• Good knowledge of German, additional languages are an advantage
• Organisational talent
• Conscientious, committed and independent working style as well as solution-oriented action
• Good communication skills, negotiation skills and self-motivation
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage
