Our hotline team is growing – and we are looking for you!

You know the daily routine in pharmacies and want to apply your knowledge where it matters? Then support pharmacies and drugstores together with us to work efficiently and safely with ProPharmaX.

Your new job - if you want to combine expertise and customer contact:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers from pharmacies and drugstores. On the phone, you convince with friendliness, patience, and your expertise.
• You combine expertise with organisational talent: You handle support requests, document solutions, create instructions, and answer support emails.
• You find solutions with passion: You research specifically in our online database and seek support from the team for more complex questions.
• You pass on your knowledge and conduct training sessions for our customers – in Wettingen or directly on site.

What you bring – and we are thrilled!

• You have completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant or druggist and know the processes in pharmacies in detail.
• You have solid ProPharmaX knowledge and in-depth experience with prescription sales and the relevant legal requirements.
• You communicate clearly, precisely, and service-oriented in German. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• You enjoy solving questions and technical challenges together and have the willingness to continuously develop yourself.
