Senior Finance Manager 80-100% (a)
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) as well as ensuring correct and timely financial accounting including consolidation of Swiss companies
- Management and optimisation of working capital as well as debtor and creditor processes
- Planning and support of external audits as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements and responsibility for tax processes including VAT returns
- Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, liquidity planning, as well as the preparation of management reports and meaningful financial analyses
- Continuous development of financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controls
- Deputising for the Head of Finance and professional leadership in accounting
- Close collaboration with management, internal departments, and external contacts
Your profile:
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or comparable higher business education
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Initial industry knowledge available
- Confidence in financial statements according to OR
- Good knowledge of goods flow processes in purchasing, warehousing, and sales
- Fluent German and English skills, as well as very good French skills
- Structured, precise, and quality-conscious working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic action in a dynamic SME environment
- Very good Excel and ERP skills
