To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual who, as Senior Finance Manager (m/f), supports the management in finance and accounting and contributes to a smooth operation of daily business.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for ongoing accounting as well as monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements of several Swiss companies according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• Handling tax processes including VAT returns and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Responsibility for payroll processing including social security and withholding tax
• Planning, coordinating, and supporting external audits
• Assisting in the preparation of the IFRS financial statements
• Contributing to liquidity planning and management reporting
• Close collaboration with management
• Execution of weekly payment runs

Your Profile

• Further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma or comparable higher business qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role and solid expertise in financial statements according to OR
• Broad, generalist knowledge in finance and accounting – from ongoing bookkeeping to annual financial statements
• Experience in corporate group structures or managing multiple companies
• Independent, structured, and precise working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of discretion, reliability, and loyalty when handling sensitive information
• Confident use of common accounting and office software; experience with Infoniqa 50 Finance and Payroll is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
