About the job

Marina Lachen is the gastronomy and experience mile at the southernmost point of Lake Zurich. With around 70 employees, we operate three restaurants, a bar/lounge, banquet and seminar rooms for up to 120 people, a catering service, as well as a 4*-hotel with 21 rooms. Our motto is: One for all – all for one! It’s better to work among friends. We are looking for smart people for exciting tasks by the lake.

You are enthusiastic, determined and want to expand your practical experience as part of your training at a Swiss hotel management school in a versatile company. You find it easy to communicate in German and English and a confident appearance in front of guests is natural for you. Additionally, you are sales-oriented, a team player, loyal and resilient.

Your tasks:

• Managing a station including cash handling
• Active sales and consulting
• Daily mise en place tasks
• Assisting with banquets and catering
• Compliance with hygiene regulations

Your profile:

• You attend hotel management school
• Enjoyment of gastronomy and people
• You can converse with guests in German and English
• Winning personality, committed, communicative and reliable
• Flexibility, assertiveness and resilience
